Its stand-out feature is the innovative gate design. The dual-function autolocking gate allows you to switch modes according to the situation. This gives you both the simplicity and fast handling of a normal HMS carabiner, plus the safety and protection of a category three locking carabiner when you need it. Easy handling: Switch quickly from standard gate to a pull-twist safelock in situations requiring higher safety reserves – with an easily identifiable locking indicator. Engineered with an intelligent gate construction that opens wider to receive or remove knots easier – further enhanced by the tapered keylock nose to prevent snagging. Its design has been further optimized by removing redundant material, but leaving a broader rope bearing surface for greater durability and smoother belaying.
