Refund Policy

At Service Park, we want every service and purchase to be the right one. If something isn’t quite as expected, we’re here to help and make it right.

Returns or Exchanges (If You Purchased Items)

If you purchased an item from Service Park, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order (maximum 30 days from placing your order).

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with any tags/labels still attached.

  • You must provide the invoice or order number to process the request.

  • Returns are not limited to defective items. If it simply isn’t what you expected, we will assist based on the conditions below.

Two Easy Options

1) Return or Exchange In-Store

You can visit our branch to exchange your item.
Please note that in-store refunds are not available. Exchange only.

2) Return by Delivery

Prefer not to visit? Contact our customer care team by phone, WhatsApp, or email, and we will coordinate a pickup within [X] working days.
Once we receive and inspect the item, you will receive store credit, which you can use for a future purchase with us.

Service-Related Refunds (Workshops and Services)

If your request is related to a service (example: inspection, maintenance, repair, or any workshop-related work), refunds are handled based on the service status:

  • Before the service starts: You may cancel and request a refund of any eligible prepaid amount.

  • After the service has started: Refunds may be partial or not available, depending on the work already completed, parts ordered, or technician time spent.

  • Parts and special orders: If parts were ordered specifically for your vehicle, they may be non-refundable, unless defective or incorrect.

If there is an issue with the service outcome, please contact us so we can review the case and find a fair solution.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed and handed over to our delivery partner (if delivery applies).
If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must go through the return process instead.


Refunds and Store Credit

All approved refunds are issued as store credit, shared with you after the item or request is inspected and approved.
You can use this credit to place a new order or request an exchange, either by yourself or with help from our team.


Important Notes

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may be non-returnable (example: opened consumables, fluids, lubricants, or items that cannot be resold).

  • Any item showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging/tags may be rejected.

  • Orders paid using store credit will be refunded back as store credit.
