Delivery, returns & payment
Yes. Service Park delivers to all areas of Lebanon, every day except Sundays and holidays. Delivery takes up to 5 working days. The courier calls to confirm your address upon delivery. Heavy items like bikes are delivered on a date arranged with the Service Park team.
Orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your area.

You can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging with tags within 14 days of receiving your order. Bring your invoice or order number. In-store returns are exchanged; returns by pickup are refunded as store credit. Used diving equipment and apparel, and opened consumables like lubricants, cannot be returned.
Yes, as long as it has not yet been handed to the courier. Contact Service Park as soon as possible by phone, WhatsApp or email. Once dispatched, the order goes through the return process instead.
